It does happen! We'd both been dating for a while - me for about 18 months - and had each considered trying something else, which would have been the most horrendous of mistakes! Persistence can work. I even continued to meet other dates for a while before I realised that she was for me and that I had to go and get her.

We are inseparable, expecting the 'honeymoon' period to be over but it doesn't seem to end - almost three months so far. We discover new matches in each other every day. Of course there are challenges and surprises but everything can be resolved. The biggest challenge is trying to find time for all the others in each of our lives!
